At Addie Mae’s Salon our goal is to make your hair dreams into reality and when you leave to have you
looking like the Queen that you are. To achieve that we require that all color appointments have a $50 non-refundable security deposit when upon the time of booking, with the exception of, color correction appointment they require a security deposit of $100 and scissor cuts require a $10 deposit. Your security deposit will be taken off the total price of your service.
We understand things happen and there might be a need to reschedule, we will proactively work with
you to reschedule your appointment if the need arises. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, there will be a 50% service charge fee accessed and due before your next scheduled appointment.
If you are running behind schedule, please call the salon and let you stylist know, if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another time. We
want to make sure we have enough time blocked for each of our clients this ensures that everyone receives the same great customer service.
When you arrive for your appointment, please come with clean, dry hair and 10 minutes early, this way.
we can greet you, check in, and make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable for your appointment.
Addie Mae’s Salon does not offer refunds on any service provided. We pride ourselves in making sure you are satisfied with your service at the end of your appointment. If you have questions or concerns
regarding, you’re the service you received please contact or message the salon within four business days and we will work with you to provide a solution. Thank you.
