At Addie Mae's Salon, we value your time and trust in us. Our mission is to provide every guest with exceptional service and results you'll love. To ensure we can give each client the attention they deserve, we have the following policies in place.
All color appointments have a $50 non-refundable security deposit at the time of booking, color correction appointments require a security deposit of $100 and scissor cuts require $10. Deposits are applied towards the total cost of your service.
We understand that life happens. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hour notice, a 50% service fee will be charged and must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
If you are running late, please call us to let your stylist know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure we have enough time to provide every guest with quality service.
For color services, please arrive with clean, dry hair.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and ensure you're comfortable before your service begins.
Addie Mae's Salon does not offer refunds on any service provided. Our team takes pride in ensuring you're satisfied before you leave. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please contact us within four business days, and we'll gladly work with you to provide a solution.
