To ensure we can give each client the time, attention, and care they deserve, we kindly ask that you review the following salon policies. Deposits: Color appointments: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Color correction appointments: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Scissor cuts: A $10 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service at checkout. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. This fee must be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled or serviced. Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, please give us a call so we can let your stylist know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure we have enough time to provide you—and our other guests—with the quality service and attention you deserve. Color Appointments: For all color services, please arrive with clean, dry hair. This helps us provide the best possible results while making the most of your appointment time. Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and feel comfortable before your service begins. Service Satisfaction: Addie Mae’s Salon does not offer refunds on services provided. Our team takes pride in ensuring you’re happy with your service before you leave the salon.
